24” AND 36” WATER LINE IMPROVEMENTS

In conjunction with five other projects funded by the Texas Water Development Board with its American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 0% interest $22,340,000 loan to Central Texas WSC, S. D. Kallman, L.P. designed nine miles of 30” and 24” ductile iron water lines to deliver water from the Doc L. Curb water treatment plant to Central Texas WSC’s existing wholesale customers in the eastern part of Bell County east of I.H. 35. These water lines were put into service in December 2011 at a cost of $4,000,000.
